We talk about the spike in injuries in the NFL and why his athletes are prepared for whatever happens this season. James delivers really useful insight into training and sport that everyone, regardless of their sport, can benefit from.
Coach James Banks, a resident of New Orleans, LA. is a sports performance coach, who specializes in footwork, speed and agility and position specific training for all football athletes. His unique skill in understanding human movement has allowed him to develop many youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. Coach Banks earned his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from his Alma Mater: Mississippi College, and also has a few certifications under his belt such as: American Muscle and Fitness Personal Trainer (AMFPT) certification and NASM Certification in Integrated Speed, Agility and Quickness. As a former high school standout, college and professional athlete, he understands the importance of athletic development across the board.
